I've found them to be superior to tapes as they stay fastened even when readjusted. While individuals with limited strength or mobility might need assistance, they are relatively easy to manage.

The cloth-like fabric eliminates embarrassing noises, and the snug fit prevents awkward bulges. The absorbency exceeds expectations, with minimal leakage if changed promptly. The micro-climate feature of the fabric helps protect the skin, although there may be occasional bunching.

These briefs are particularly effective for heavy bladder issues, and they also provide satisfactory protection for bowel incontinence due to their snug fit. While I've experienced the rare occurrence of the expandex wing ripping off, it happens less frequently compared to other brands.
